Designation: Technical office Interior Architect.

• Overall study of the project and all its details and its own cost to get project budget

• Follow up with the Site through the implementation of the project 

• work on shop drawings after getting approval on design 

• Preparing detailed working drawings (construction, demolished, furniture detailing, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing as well as toilets detailing drawings etc).

• Preparing Finishing works (Floor tiles, plastering, paintings, water proof, heat insulation …etc.)

• Quantity Survey

• Prepare procurement requests

• Prepare and Review shop drawings and follow up drawings amendments during the implementation process

• Preparation of As-built drawings

• Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.

• Review subcontractors’ shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant. 

• Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ etc...)

• Visiting the project site when needed.

• Producing mood boards for presentation to clients.

• Producing 3d perspectives for the spatial design using sketch up and 3d max.

• Preparing detailed working drawings (construction, demolished, furniture detailing, working, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing as well as toilets detailing drawings etc).

• Work with fabrics, textures, furniture, and space considerations to transform different spaces or renovate spaces to meet clients’ standards.

• Preparing design presentation to be done includes: 3d and rendering perspective views, plans, elevations, sections.
