Concept

Combination of  Islamic style with the modernism, maintaining the qualities of each to create new spaces for the visitor, Providing interaction with nature and using it.

The treatment of the building emerged by using rocks and stones provided from the mountains, wide glazed openings towards the view which is the sea and the mountains, appearance of steps as a deal with the natural contours.

The composition of natural contours, mountains and sea with the building strengthen the effect between the constructed and natural landscape.

The Islamic features is exposed by :

* using arcades in linking the buildings together and to provide shaded corridors.

* Using of Mashrabiya which enables sun light to enter partially and in a beautiful shapes .

* Using uniform shapes in plan and elevations

The modern features is expressed by:

* the opened spaces, glass walls, and motion which enables interaction with nature
